Do I need an account?

No. WingView remembers your saved guides via an anonymous browser cookie — no signup, no email.

Will it work in airplane mode?

Yes. Tap Download for offline before takeoff and the guide, route, and map tiles are saved to your device. WingView works fully offline once downloaded.

How do you know which window side a POI is on?

We compute your great-circle route between airports, then check which side of the route each POI sits on relative to your seat letter. A/B = left, E/F/H/J/K = right.
